I am freaking angry with a disgusting cx! Fancy her sms-ing me - DEMANDING a CNY hamper from me! The more I read the SMS, the more F.I.T.E I am! 'Do I need to remind you again and again to send me the hamper? Is it so difficult??' Blah Blah Blah! I wanted to send long ago but my boss said we are to deliver personally to her, ask me fix a time. When I asked cx, I got hell from her! 'Why must I keep on asking then you all will take action?'
