i tell you this is my fav! 燒豬肉! in hokkien is 'seo di ba' is ultimate nice coz the skin was crispy and there was minimal 'translucent-looking fats', u get what i mean? woooohoooo...

it's gourmet chiu @ HK again. very fast, it's supper time. we walked a long long crazy way to have these desserts. nonetheless, it was all worth it coz i must say they tasted GD! unfortunately, gourmet chiu could not remember the place and the name of restaurant. anyway like i said, it's not impt coz in HK, it's very easy for you to find nice dessert stalls =) thanks!
