I was happily reading Ms Cher's blog. Was in the mood of delight that she left her previous company etc etc and how she had brought joy and laughter to her ex-colleagues... feeling happy for her and so on... =) UNTIL I CHANCED UPON THIS SENTENCE COMMENTED BY HER EX-COLLEAGUE "pam and i were constantly treated to free food by her... haha HK's shop, FLP, durians, steamboats... u name it, she treats it... keke..."

You guys know how hard it is for Jas, Ooi and me to ask her for a treat or not!?! Everytime we mentioned this, she would 'reply' with a cold, hard stare! hahaaaa Then, she would 'NIAM' us trying to fleece her or whatever shit there is to say! Grrr... SHE HAD ACTUALLY HAPPILY, MERRILY TREATED HER COLLEAGUES ALL THE TIME! What do they mean by " U NAME IT, SHE TREATS IT..!" Goodness, Gracious Me.. We don't even have a treat from hawker centre canned drinks or Kopi-O-Peng! Gosh! We are 9 yrs friends leh! I have no choice but to spout vulgarities to cool down.. kekekeke gd excuse hor =P

Somethg to ponder..

..if one day, being a parent, ur son unintentionally killed a man out of impulse, would u (A) send him to jail? ..or would u (B) help him to escape? I asked a colleague this qn and to my utmost surprise, he chose the latter. Reason being, he loved his son too much to send him to jail. I m biased. I will send my son to jail because I love him as much. I don't want to face a murderer all my life and neither do I want him to go unpunished. My son may hate me, severe ties with me because I didn't save him. He begged and promised not to repeat the same mistake again but I still went ahead. I forgave him but we can't change the fact he is a murderer. I m bitter and crashed for 'surrendering' him to the police but he is oblivious to all others but his own plight.

Why am I saying this?

This is because my friend questioned God's love for him. He thought God as The One who helps the world, won't bring suffering to mankind in the first place. If HE is GOD, why didn't He bless him first then he will believe in Him?

Ok, refrained from touching too deep into this subject. Just think abt God being the parent who chose option (B)..

Now coming back, think abt God being the parent who chose option (A)..

Remembering all of us are not perfect, and have fallen short of the glory of God. We are sinners. Sinners may not amount to murderers. However, if you have lied, slandered, cheated, committed adultery, have lustful thoughts etc - you are a sinner. We will be forgiven in Jesus' name but we will not go unpunished. There is this difference.

I guess all of us would quietly prefer God to be the parent who chose option (B). Thank God, He is not =)

A Tribute to CCHB..

Thanks to Aunty Lynn who sent me this link. Argh! I miss CCHB! This clip is fantastically done up with nice background songs as well. Looking at the dilapidated sch which I believe will be torn down soon, it sorts of made me feel 'yi han'. I guess CCHB can be treated as 'protected' place. Where can u find a sec sch where there's only 1 building - L-Shaped Building. It is so small. Recalling when I first entered as a Sec 1 student, I really thought I m 'Fucked Up' to choose this sch to b frank. Smaller than my Pri Sch! ....but.. this is the building that perfected CCHB. Hey, by the way this yr's National Day Theme song has one of the scene taken at my old school!

Sec days were the best times in my life. I made gd frens, done ridiculous thgs, and I was braver then haha. It seemed like when u are young, you have nthg to lose, and you just do it! Played truants to go shopping, hanged out at Mac/Kopitiam, made teacher cry, copied, failed N times, talked back, fights, shouts, bullied the lower sec, always liked to 'tan pan' ie 'settle' everythg at the back - I mean KAOZ! Thinking back - so cute, so childish & boliao! Like to act sud, u noe? Thinking back now - SO EMBBARASSING! Goodness! haha Yup, I was a prefect some more. KNN. One of those on the verge of getting sacked. Then guess what I did?? I resigned first haha tgt with Mabel, YF, Kelly, Zirong.. my gang. Hilarious. Talking abt ZR, she's one hell of a funnie ger! Ok, we need to sing sch songs first before gg hm. There was once halfway thru the sch song, ZR cried leh, standing between me and Kelly. We got a shock! That stupid Kelly still 'di siao' her said coz she was touched by the lyrics of the sch song! Wahahahaha! BTW, ZR cried coz she was bullied by her classmates. haha. That's her lah! Then there was also once, halfway thru our grp conversation, she suddenly stood up, took her bag and left! WTF! We were stunned! Yet, we could still laughed it off! Ok, that time was I think she 'buay song' we said her abt somethg which I cannot recall. Come next day, everythg BACK TO NORMAL! WL eh! haha. This grp of gers were my closest Kakis, and we were all from different classes! Happening! Noisiest!

Everyday was a happy day in sch =) Got lawrence, EK, AH, Eric, Jeremy! I always hanged out with Law & EK. My buddies. Everyday was bowling day! They were sooo naughty; disturbed the bangladesh - sprayed water at them leh then ran away! Like to shout at ppl in public places ALWAYS - lucky we never got bashed up before! Yah, we liked to stay overnight be in chalet whatever as long as there's a plc to sit down and talk heart haha. The worst plc to stay overnight is in the sch itself! You know how eerie it was or not?? Goodness. Ever climbed the sch fence before? Those tall ones. I did leh! coz we sneaked out for supper during camp!

TVB - My Love =)

Initially planned to continue with my TVB forensic drama serial but coz YL said she 'subscribed' to my blog so of coz I have to satisfy my readers. Keke paiseh ah. I must say TVB shows are the BEST though the stories are more or less the same - its forte is basically police, investigations, lawyers, doctors kinda stories but I simply LOVE THEM! I can watch 1,000 times.. no complaints! Can't stand mediacorp shows sometimes.. U GET WHAT I MEAN? Unless Fann Wong is starring in it :) SCV rules!! YL is online now - asking me to discuss abt MENG JIA HUI! Can't believe it! So I decided now to name my post as TVB coz Im gonna discuss everythg abt it! For ppl who do not know Meng Jia Hui - she is basically the Mdm in this forensic show. She is suave and pretty but somehow I feel her mouth abit weird - like want to laugh/smile and cannot open too big like that. For me, I always open my mouth BIG to laugh! As for the other cast who is Dr Koo (Kenix's real life husband) - I think he is 'yan' in this show manz! He has deep sunken eyes. Coincidentally, both him and Bobby starred in the 'Tuo Qiang Shi Jie' (Police show) together! Now is them again! See?! Told u even if they repeat the combi, I still find the shows nice! Imagine this happens in Mediacorp dramas, I will curse and swear! Favortism! Oh not forgetting my beloved - Ada Choi! Ahhh.... YL is telling me abt her 'She Shi Man' again! I really cannot agree with her taste of gers. I find this ger NOT CHIO at all! She's telling me abt the Zhong Jiaxin (Ting Ting in the forensic show) and Guo Xieni being chio now. I repeat - I really cannot agree with her, I must say! Ok my list of Chio Bu - Xuan Xuan, Ada, Li Zi, Meng Jia Hui, Kenix, Wu Mei Hen =) Bet u all dunno her! Tell u all, the best TVB show, all time fav, can watch round the clock serial is ZHEN QING! Goodness! 'Zai Chong Wen Zhen Qing' I also watched! If got another repeat I will still watch! Ok, for guys, I really 'xin shang' - Chen Hao, Bobby, Zhang Zhi Ling, Gallen Luo! Last time got Wu Qi Hua but rumour has it that he patronised prostitutes lah u noe... hahaha Yah I find Wang Xi damn cute! Arghhh... haha. I highly recommend another TVB show, but it is 'gu zhuang' aka those pugilistic type of background. It's abt guards protecting gds that they escort! Really captivated my attention. This show starres Ma Jun Wei! Really gd lah! What else? How I wish I don't have to work! Juz watch and watch! K my next indulgence is arriving soon by my dear fren - Desperate Housewives! keke =)

Congrats Yu!!

Wow! Juz found out that Yu is pregnant! Ooo... remember she juz got married like 3 mths back?? Anyway, HAPPIE FOR HER!~ Will we have Yu-Junior or Xiang-Junior?? YL: I KNOW WHICH SONG U R REFERRING TO LOR! The male singer wears a pair of sunglasses and carries a mini-drum hang ard his shoulder! It's machiam like those CNY song ok?! Yucky!

Haizz.. lately lotsa scandals happening ard. Have mixed feelings; somehow I juz feel all these are 'EXTRA', really creating a mountain out of a molehill. Some ppl are really shit-stirrers. I mean ppl juz enjoy 'watching shows' and GOSSIP! They are 'In The Act' but want to drag ppl inside and die tgt! Can't believe it! Thgs are getting childish as a matter of fact.

Anyway, Law enlightens me again. Another matter: I pray that my gd fren will get out of the tussle. Law did a gd job! He dares to comment openly and rebuke her in the face things I have no courage to say. Law dresses her down coz he loves her as a fren. I didn't coz I didn't want to hurt her.

...And so I had wanted to watch Gwen Stefanie - but now left with single seats! How? Shld I go and watch alone?? Spending quite a bomb on concert tix lately like 'Burn the Floor', WOMAD, A-Mei... and think Sammi is also coming in Oct! Don't know how?! Boh Lui Liaoz.. Somemore burned a big hole in my pocket lately?! U guys shld know.

Im feeling very unsettled these few days. You know sometimes you would suddenly experience faster heart beats out of the blue. Like an unknown fear biting u.. Argh! Scared leh.. hahahaaa siao right?!
