enya never fails to captivate me. since 11yrs ago when i chanced upon her song 'anywhere is' - that's it! i still remember i was doing my holiday job after 'O' levels haa. i would listen to her cd everyday. the album released then was 'paint the sky with stars'. until now, im still sticking with enya and sarah brightman. while they never seem to age, im already not a teen.

past 1 week had been rather busy and in a bit, we'll be entering 2009. back in yr 1999 when millenium was due, have u guys ever wondered how's it like in 2009? or were u guys thinking that'll be another 10yrs - that's still so far away.. i bet so. that's a decade!

so now im formally going to think 'what will it be like in year 2019?' i'll be 38 yrs old. the very thought of it is already sending shivers down my spine.

... will i have a career and not a job?
... will i be happily married or not at all?
... will i be a mother?
... will i be having friends whom i have now?
... will i be happy?
... will i be faithful to God?

alright this is getting 'heavy'.. read on.. for light-hearted pieces..

... will sammi reconcile with andy?
... will andy lau acknowledge his wife?
... will jeanette aw be the new ah-jie? (yours truly is currently hooked to little nyonya and had just finished the entire series today =)

perhaps 20yrs later, i would look back my blog entries and shake my head away.. and i'm almost certain with lips spread =) surely.

people have stories behind, even if it's just an old, tattered book tucked in the corner of a tall book shelf. though soon... it's gonna be dirty, smelly, shunned by passerbys, then it became a legacy, history and over time, it became non-existence.

some people's color is orange, some blue, some red, some white, some black and some grey. what's urs? did u determine ur own color today? i didn't. others selfishly painted it for me and i pathetically took it. ..but most times i was the culprit to my own color.

would a brick be happy as it is or would it be so as part of a building?

were sand and sea created to complement each other or just as apt apart?

a rubber band might snap if it's holding tight, but it can't hold it all tgt otherwise.

i've been to so many concerts and im darn impressed by andy's - not by his vocal nor performance but his fans. super SUPER full hse aside, his fans (including my sisters) are very obedient and onz! clapped, danced, screamed throughout. the crowd was very high and when u looked across the SEA OF LIGHTSTICKS, it was really beautiful. anyway even ah pei and ah ma stood up to support him. actually he's a very sincere performer, not like some others who came, sing abit here and there and left. he performed for 3 full hrs. sammi's was 2.5hrs and jielun, stefanie, faye, kylie's etc etc were all 2hrs. gosh! by the way i am just a participant haha.
