Making a difference..

Saw the Opera Winfrey show. One of a Holocaust survivor, Elie Wiesel (nobel peace price receipient), was invited to the show. That episode was to commemorate victims of Holocaust and Genocide over the world. Somehow I just sobbed and sobbed throughout the show. Reasons coz I was touched by Opera and Elie, and also I felt sorry for the victims. You guys know Opera and Elie don't have to do this thing. Opera can just invite what Brad Pitt, Jude Law, Juliet Roberts etc to the show and enjoy the high ratings. Ppl watch! Elie can just sit at hm and thank God that he survived the holocaust. Instead they are raising awareness to the world. You know the saddest thing abt human beings is - INDIFFERENCE. I am like that also - apathetic! Indifference is such an easy option. You don't have to give your time. You can stay home, watch tv, eat, go to sleep, rather than be concerned with people around you, naturally. We, people, hate troubles. We don't like 麻烦. No wonder we can never be like Opera. No wonder we can never be 'RICH'. No wonder we can never be outstanding. So let's all continue to be the plain jane and the tom, dick & harry next door.
