Signs of stress...obesity...
Signs that show I m stressed -
1. Apply shower foam, rinsed off, cleanse face, after that apply shower foam again.
2. After bathing, without wiping dry, straight away reach for the shirt.
3. On a Tuesday, thought last Mon was yesterday.
4. Wore Suit A on Mon, wear on Thur again.
(everyday is basically mixed up) VERY LUAN!
Anyway today I fell off the overhead bridge. Sux! So malu! I was still very composed though, continued to chat on the line! The other party didn't even realise I fell! It happened so fast til I cannot recall how it happened. My skirt flew up. 3 blue-blacks on my leg, plus another one when I knocked into a table few days back. Clumsy, when a person becomes fatter, bounds to be clumsier, and not much of a balance. When running, I can feel the flesh and meat bouncing. When getting out from a car, I need to use more strength to get out. When climbing up the bridge, it's always huffing and puffing. Breathing becomes less smoother as clothes become tighter. Heard of suffocating in your own jacket?? Arm looks like a child's thigh. Beginning to find lesser clothes to wear.
Alamak!
